Welcome to Top Notch Electric! My name is Dale Schwartz and I am a licensed and bonded commercial/residential electrician serving Northeast Mesa and surrounding east/west valley of Phoenix with 20+ years experience in the field. 

I have spent 20 years specializing in troubleshooting electrical issues, wiring new construction from the ground up, and remodels for both commercial and residential clients.  I can do communication networks, audio visual, and pole light maintenance.  There is no job too small or complex, please contact me for all of your electrical needs.
